Return Refund Policy Overview
At Jan Seva Shop, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Some items are not eligible for return due to their nature.
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (herbs, oils, consumables)
- Bhang or related products (where applicable)
- Opened or used items
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or order details.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting Jan Seva Shop first.
Partial refunds (if applicable):
- Items with visible signs of use
- Items not in original condition or damaged (not due to our error)
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Refunds
Once Jan Seva Shop receives and inspects your return, we will notify you whether we approve or reject your refund.
If we approve your request, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. However, sale or discounted items do not qualify for refunds.
Exchanges

Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Jan Seva Shop is not responsible for lost return shipments.
